As BFS Industries enters its 80th year of business, we find ourselves reflecting on the legacy that brought us here, and the vision that will carry us forward. Today, we are proud to announce a significant milestone in our history: Michael Garbarino has officially stepped into the role of President.
Michael represents the fourth generation of Garbarino leadership at BFS. In our industry, longevity is earned through a constant balance of tradition and evolution. Each generation has introduced fresh perspectives that have elevated our business, and Michael is already continuing that trajectory.
Throughout his career at BFS, Michael has spearheaded several key initiatives, including:
- Product Innovation: Focusing on standard product designs and production selection to offer our customers top quality products & designs at the best possible price.
- Production Efficiency: Integrating modern manufacturing strategies and equipment to ensure the highest quality and increased production capacity.
- Customer Experience: Enhancing our internal processes and methods to enhance our customer experience throughout the project design, submittal, and manufacturing process.
While the title of President has transitioned, the deep-rooted expertise of our team remains as strong as ever. “I don’t plan on fading away anytime soon,” says Tom Garbarino, now Chairman. “I will continue contributing to BFS’s success in any way that I can. I have enjoyed the industry relationships I’ve built over the years and will continue working on custom equipment solutions, problem solving and technical support.”
We are confident that BFS is in excellent hands. Michael’s leadership ensures that our family legacy remains intact while we push the boundaries of what’s possible in industrial solutions. “It’s an honor to lead BFS into its fourth generation of family leadership.
