There is nothing quite like a day on the golf course when it’s spent with long-time industry friends and supports an incredible cause. Recently, Tom and Michael Garbarino represented BFS Industries at the 24th Annual CBS Memorial Golf Tournament, continuing our long-standing tradition of sponsoring and attending this fantastic event.
The annual tournament benefits the Ulman Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing crucial support, community, and resources to young adults facing a cancer diagnosis. We are always honored to support their mission.
This year’s tournament returned to the stunning Renditions Golf Course in Davidson, MD. For those who haven’t played it, Renditions is a golf lover’s dream, featuring 18 replica holes meticulously modeled after major championship venues.
Tom and Michael got to test their skills against some of the most famous stretches in golf history, including the legendary “Amen Corner” from Augusta National. While the scorecards might not have matched the pros, the fellowship and fun with industry partners made everyone feel like a champ!
This year’s tournament felt extra special as we celebrated two major company milestones. Our representative, Complete Boiler Systems (CBS), is celebrating their 30th Anniversary! At the same time, we at BFS are celebrating 80 years. We want to send a massive congratulations to John and Mark McAuley, as well as the entire CBS team. Thirty years of excellence is a phenomenal achievement, and we are incredibly proud of our long-standing partnership.
Events like this remind us that business is ultimately about the people and relationships we build along the way. Thank you to the McAuley family and everyone at CBS for hosting another top-tier event, and to everyone who came out to support the Ulman Foundation.
