BFS teamed up with one of our great customers to supply a 125,000 #/hr Deaerator packaged system going to New Mexico. The project included a 125MDVT tray type deaerator with detachable tray section. A 10-foot-tall structural steel support stand designed per IBC for New Mexico and welded per AWS requirements. Three Grundfos CR45 boiler feed pumps with NEMA 4 variable frequency drives. A NEMA 4x junction box to serve as a landing point for the field wired PLC control panel. Complete pump suction, discharge and recirculation piping for easy field hook ups. Fisher steam and water inlet control valves with three valve bypasses, the water inlet bypass constructed in all 304 stainless steel. As part of our turnkey package BFS supplied galvanized ladders and platforms to allow field access to all critical components. When all is installed this package will be capable of churning out 250 gpm of 227°F boiler feed water fully deaerated to .005 cc/I (7 ppb) or less dissolved oxygen content.
